The Urban Developer has revealed the finalists for its second annual Urban Leader Awards, presented by Zagga, recognising the individuals driving change and shaping the future of Australia’s cities.

The calibre of nominations was strong, showcasing the breadth of leadership across the property sector — from entrepreneurs and designers to policymakers, financiers and advocates.

The winners will be unveiled at a gala event in Sydney on October 30, when the industry will come together to celebrate the people behind the projects and ideas redefining urban development.

Finalists will have first access to registrations for the gala. Others keen to attend can join the waitlist to be notified when tickets are released.
